Father, quiet my busy mind. My thoughts run in many directions, and I long to be still with You.
Help me set aside distractions and worries. Draw my heart back whenever it wanders, and keep my attention on You alone.
Teach me to listen as well as speak. Let this time of prayer be real and unhurried, a true meeting with You.
Thank You for always hearing me, even when my focus falters. In Jesus' name, Amen.
