A Prayer for When You Feel Faint
Lord, I feel weak and faint. My body is tired, and my strength is low. Hold me up when I cannot hold myself.
Be my rock when the ground feels unsteady. Steady my steps and calm my racing heart. Breathe Your peace into me again.
Renew me, Father, in Your good time. And help me rest safely in Your care, trusting You with all that feels fragile.
I place myself in Your hands, in Jesus' name, Amen.
When to Pray This
Pray this in a moment of weakness, dizziness, or deep exhaustion, when your body or spirit feels close to giving out. Let it steady you as you rest. If faintness continues, please also seek the help of a doctor.
