A Prayer for Standing Firm

Lord, I come to You and ask for steady feet. When the ground beneath me shifts, be my rock. Help me to stand firm, not in my own strength, but in Yours.

When pressure pushes against me, hold me up. When fear tempts me to fall back, keep me grounded in Your truth. Let my faith stay planted deep, like a tree by the water.

Give me courage to stand for what is right, and patience to stand still when I must wait on You. Whatever comes, let me not be shaken.

I trust that You are beside me and underneath me. Uphold me today, Lord, and keep me standing. In Jesus' name, Amen.

When to Pray This

Pray this when you feel unsteady, pressured, or tempted to give up on what you know is right. It is also a good prayer when you must wait patiently or hold your ground in a difficult season.

A Verse to Hold On To
