A Prayer for Relief from a Headache

Lord, my head is heavy and in pain, and I come to You for relief. You know how this throbbing wears me down. Be near to me now.

Quiet the pain, Father. Ease the tension in my head and let gentle calm settle over me. Help me to rest, to breathe slowly, and to trust You in this moment.

Give wisdom to those who care for my health, and guide me to any help I may need. Thank You that I am never alone, even in small sufferings.

I place myself in Your kind hands, in Jesus' name, Amen.
