A Prayer for When You Feel Cursed

Father, I come to You feeling low, as if trouble follows me everywhere. It seems like nothing goes right, and I feel marked by misfortune.

Remind me, Lord, that I am not cursed but loved. In Christ I am blessed, held, and never forsaken. Lift the heaviness that clings to my heart.

Drive out every fear and dark thought. Fill me with Your peace and hope. Help me to trust that Your goodness will follow me all my days.

I rest in Your care, Lord. In Jesus' name, Amen.

When to Pray This

Pray this when a string of hardships leaves you feeling doomed or hopeless. Say it slowly, breathing in God's love, whenever the feeling of being cursed returns.
