A Prayer to Rejoice in the Day the Lord Has Made
Lord, this is the day that You have made. I will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank You for the gift of new breath and fresh mercy.
Today I choose to obey You, even when it is hard. Today I choose to believe You, even when I cannot see. Give me faith to trust Your word.
When I grow weary, help me to push on. Steady my steps and strengthen my hands. Let me not give up before I see Your goodness.
Thank You, Father, for walking with me. I place this day in Your hands, in Jesus' name, Amen.
