A Prayer for September 1

Father, thank You for the gift of this new month. As September begins, I place these coming days into Your hands.

Help me to walk with You through every change of season. Steady me in my work, my rest, and all that lies ahead.

Fill this month with Your grace. Where there is worry, give peace; where there is weariness, give strength; where there is joy, let me give You thanks.

Guide me one day at a time, Lord, and keep me close to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
