A Prayer for Good to Prevail
Lord, bless the work of our hands. May what we prepare be done with care, and may it bring joy and goodness to all who see it.
Guard us, Father, from all that is harmful. Let evil find no foothold here. Drive back every shadow with Your light, and keep our hearts at peace.
We trust that You are good, and that in time all wrongs will be made right. Help us to walk in kindness and to leave the rest in Your hands.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
When to Pray This
Pray this when you want your efforts to go well and long for peace over a situation that feels troubled. It is a gentle way to hand both your work and your worries to God.
A Verse to Hold On To
"Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it." — Psalm 34:14 (KJV)
This prayer was written for a visitor who asked for “The dresses to be perfect, the evil to cease”. Ask for your own.
