A Prayer for Relationships
Loving Father, thank You for the people You have placed in my life. For family, for friends, for those near and those far away.
Help me to love them well. Give me patience when I am tired, kindness when I am hurt, and honesty that is gentle and true.
Where a relationship is strained, bring healing. Where there is distance, draw us close again. Teach me to forgive as You forgive me.
May every bond in my life be rooted in Your love. Help me to give more than I take, and to see each person as Your child. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Pray this when you want God to bless your relationships, or when a bond with someone feels strained. It is also a gentle prayer to lift up at the start of the day as you think of the people you will see.
