A Prayer for Conflict with a Principal
Father, I come to You carrying tension and conflict with my principal. You see the weight on my heart, and nothing about this situation is hidden from You.
Calm my anxious thoughts and steady my spirit. Help me to speak honestly yet gently, to listen well, and to seek what is fair and good for everyone.
Give me humility where I am wrong, and courage where I must stand firm. Keep bitterness far from me, and fill my heart with peace instead of resentment.
Guide this relationship toward understanding and respect. I trust You with the outcome, and I rest in Your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.
