A Prayer for Bipolar Disorder

Loving God, You know my heart and every shifting season within me. When my mind climbs too high or sinks too low, be my steady ground. Hold me when I cannot hold myself.

Give me patience with the ups and downs, Lord. Help me to care for my body and my mind. Bless the doctors, counselors, and medicines that help me, and give me courage to keep going.

Quiet the storms inside me. Remind me that I am not my illness, but Your beloved child. In the highs and the lows, let me rest in Your unchanging love.

Carry me, Father, one day at a time, in Jesus' name, Amen.

When to Pray This

Pray this on the difficult days when your moods feel heavy or unsteady, and on the good days too. It can be a quiet reminder that God walks with you through every season. Alongside prayer, keep leaning on the doctors and loved ones who help you care for your health.

A Verse to Hold On To
