Loving Father, I bring my dear friend to You today. Alzheimer's is taking so much, yet I know You never forget them. You have written their name on the palm of Your hand.

When memories fade, hold them close. When confusion comes, wrap them in Your peace. Let them feel loved even when words are hard to find. Give them moments of comfort, calm, and quiet joy.

Bless those who care for them with patience and tenderness. Steady me too, Lord, when it is hard to watch. Help me love my friend faithfully, just as they are.

Thank You that Your love does not depend on memory. Keep my friend safe in Your arms, in Jesus' name, Amen.
