A Morning Prayer for My Wife

Father, thank You for the gift of my wife. As this new day begins, I lift her into Your loving care. Bless her waking hours and go before her in all she does.

Give her strength for her tasks and peace in her heart. Guard her mind from worry and fill her with Your quiet joy. Let her know how deeply she is loved by You and by me.

Watch over her comings and goings, Lord. Keep her safe, healthy, and close to You. May this day hold small kindnesses and steady grace.

I place her in Your hands, trusting Your goodness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

When to Pray This

Pray this at the start of the day, perhaps before your wife wakes or as you share morning coffee together. You might also whisper it after she leaves for the day, carrying her in your heart to God.
